New this fall: AAPOR’s first off-conference-schedule short course! Introduction to Weighting by Rick Valliant took place on October 13, 2021, from 2:30 to 6 p.m. Eastern Time and offered an introduction to the steps involved in weighting probability samples, as well as methods proposed for weighting nonprobability samples.

Conference: Recap and Looking Ahead

​A deep-hearted thank you to our staff, committees, volunteers, speakers, and attendees for making the 76th Annual Conference a huge success! Our virtual conference featured a record number of attendees (1,283) and 88 sessions, with 35 mini-conference sessions to explore the impact of COVID on our work and 53 main conference sessions to advance our knowledge.
