If you have already set up your account in the AAPOR member portal, you can use your new credentials to login.
The platform automatically detects the appropriate registration rate based on your account information. If you are seeing an incorrect rate, please review your membership status and join or renew if necessary. If you are still seeing an incorrect status, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Full registrations include hors d’oeuvres at Welcome Reception on Wednesday, a plated meal at the Presidential Address Luncheon on Thursday, and a boxed lunch with exhibitors and a plated dinner at the awards banquet on Friday. Continental breakfast and coffee breaks will be provided on Thursday and Friday as well.
While participation in the Presidential Address Luncheon and the Awards Banquet is included in your registration fee, an RSVP and meal selection are required during the registration process.
Registrants may purchase a guest pass during the online registration process. The guest pass is $265 is only available to guests outside of the survey and public opinion research field. The pass provides access to all meals and receptions though they will still need to request a ticket to functions and submit meal preferences as noted in the registration process.
Unfortunately, you cannot do both processes at the same time. If you would like to receive the member rates, we invite you to join or renew your membership prior to registering for the conference.

Cancellation and Change Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted to AAPOR headquarters in writing via email to [email protected]. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by April 13, 2023. No fees will be refunded for conference or short course cancellations received after April 13, 2023. Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing and the substitute must be the same member status or additional registration fees may be needed.
