Session moderators will be responsible for helping presenters queue up their presentation materials before each session, as well as:
- introducing speakers
- ensuring presentations run smoothly and on time
- facilitating seamless transitions between speakers
- managing the Q&A segment, whether by engaging the audience or providing their own questions
Moderators are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to their assigned sessions, alongside presenters, to ensure prompt commencement.
Space for moderator positions is limited and they’re going fast! We urge you to explore the available sessions and their schedules before April 15th through the interactive program. Once you’ve chosen a session, you’ll step into the role of moderator and receive a follow-up email brimming with session specifics.
