Short Course Proposal Submission is Now Open for the 79th Annual Conference!
AAPOR short courses are an interactive opportunity for conference attendees to build their skill sets and reap maximum educational benefits. This additional professional development opportunity is a popular addition to conference registration.
We are looking for introductory or intermediate short courses that will provide a solid overview of a technique or methodology and emphasize practical take-away skills for participants. The most successful short courses will have a clear “hands-on” component and allow participants to immediately begin applying a particular approach in their work.
We anticipate having a mix of both in-person short courses at the AAPOR 79th Annual Conference and virtual short courses scheduled close to the 2023 conference dates. Please keep these two formats in mind as you are preparing your proposal.
Presenter Benefits:
- Virtual Speaker: ONE complimentary conference registration and an honorarium of $1,000.
- In-person Speaker: ONE complimentary conference registration, an honorarium of $1,000 AND a conference hotel room covered for ONE night by AAPOR.
