Session moderators will be granted advanced access to presentation materials for their designated sessions. Moderator responsibilities include introducing speakers, ensuring presentations run smoothly and on time, facilitating seamless transitions between speakers, and managing the Q&A segment, whether by engaging the audience or providing their questions. Moderators are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their assigned sessions, alongside presenters, to ensure prompt commencement.
