The diversity fellowship would be targeted at historically underrepresented and disadvantaged people to help defray the cost of attendance. It would also pair each fellow with an experienced AAPOR member to help navigate the conference, with a few additional follow-up conversations throughout the year.

- Develop plan for defining and identifying fellows from historically underrepresented and disadvantaged groups and corresponding program accompanying this fellowship (mentoring, etc.)
