Since 2022, AAPOR Gives Back has given annual conference participants and AAPOR members and opportunity to give back to the community where the conference is being held.
78th Annual AAPOR Conference, Philadelphia
This year, AAPOR Gives Back activities will be held in the conference hotel, and attendees will have the opportunity to participate in projects for two local organizations. Help assemble activity kits for children being treated at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), a national leader in the advancement of healthcare for children.
Attendees can also create “Notes of Sunshine” to be included with food boxes delivered by Philabundance, the region’s largest foodbank serving Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley Region of Pennsylvania.
Opportunities to make monetary donations to both of these organizations will be available throughout the conference.

77th Annual AAPOR Conference, Chicago
In 2022, the inaugural AAPOR Gives Back supported the Greater Chicago Food Depository (GCFD), which provides food to more than 700 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and other programs in Chicago.
