Hotel Room Rate
AAPOR has negotiated a special room rate of $253 per night plus a nightly room tax of 16.3%. Note the tax rate is subject to change without notice. The cut-off date for these rates is April 20, 2026. After this date, reservations will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates.
To reserve a room at the government rate, call the hotel at 213-624-1000 or follow these steps:
- Click here to access the hotel website.
- Enter dates and number of room/guests.
- Under “Special Rates,” select “Government & Military.”
- Select room option.
We encourage you to make your room reservations early to ensure that you will be in the host hotel at the guaranteed room rate. A major credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation, which will not be charged until check out. Room cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
Check-In
Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. The hotel can arrange to have your bags stored depending on room availability. Late check-out may be requested upon arrival. Upon checking in, each guest will be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID along with proof the room reservation was made.

On-site valet parking is available for conference attendees staying at the hotel at a daily rate of $30.

For those coming in locally and do not wish to use the daily parking at the hotel, the Local Events Subcommittee has identified a list of parking lots near the hotel that are available for daily parkers. Please note that the rates listed are current as of March 2, 2023. Actual rates may vary. We encourage parkers to utilize parking apps such as SpotHero to identify and reserve open lots and spaces.
