EXHIBITOR ADD-ONS

Pre- or Post-Conference Mailing List  |  $350 each

Extend your reach beyond the Exhibit Hall by connecting with conference attendees before or after the event. Pre- and post-conference mailing lists provide an opportunity to introduce your organization, promote your presence at the conference, or follow up with attendees after the event.

Each list includes attendee names, organizations, and mailing addresses, as well as email addresses, for attendees who have opted to share their information during registration. Pre-conference lists will be distributed in early April 2027, and post-conference lists will be provided the week following the conference.

Please note: Each list is licensed for one-time use only, either before or after the conference, as applicable.

Lead Retrieval  |  $425

Turn meaningful conversations into valuable connections with AAPOR’s convenient, paperless lead retrieval service.

This service allows exhibitors to capture attendee contact information by scanning the QR codes on conference badges. Lead retrieval functionality is activated directly within the conference mobile app, allowing your booth representatives to use their own smartphones to scan badges and collect leads throughout the event. No separate handheld scanning devices will be provided or required.

This add-on is available exclusively to AAPOR exhibitors and sponsors and cannot be purchased separately.

Additional Corner Booth  |  $2,600

Increase your Exhibit Hall footprint with an additional 10′ x 10′ corner booth, creating a double-booth space with enhanced visibility and more room to connect with conference attendees. The corner location provides exposure from two aisles, creating additional opportunities to showcase your organization and welcome visitors.

Each additional booth includes one 6-foot table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

As a Conference Connection Email Sponsor, your organization will receive prominent visibility through a skyscraper or banner ad linking directly to your website. Conference Connection emails reach upwards of 3,000 registrants and prospective attendees, with an average open rate of 51.26% in 2026.

Three Short Courses will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2027. Topics will be finalized by January 2027.

AAPOR Student Inclusion Fellowship  |  $2,500 (five available)

This program fosters diversity and inclusion in public opinion research by providing 10 students from historically underrepresented groups with the opportunity to attend the AAPOR Annual Conference, engage with leading researchers, and build valuable professional connections. Selected fellows receive a travel stipend, complimentary conference registration and AAPOR membership, and a curated conference experience designed to support their professional growth and engagement with the AAPOR community.

As a Student Inclusion Fellowship Sponsor, your organization will help reduce financial barriers to participation while demonstrating its commitment to expanding opportunities and bringing diverse perspectives into the field.
